Located in Toppenish, WA, Heritage University's Early Childhood Education Assistance Program (ECEAP) is dedicated to empowering children ages 3 to 5 from low-income households by providing essential free childcare and fostering school readiness. Our comprehensive services include early learning courses, health and development screenings, nutrition services, and family support, ensuring that each child receives the care and resources they need to thrive. We also offer mental health and disability services to support the diverse needs of our families.
