Kelsey Graham, a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT, understands that life can present challenging experiences that may feel isolating and overwhelming. Whether individuals are grappling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, fear, anger, exhaustion, or loneliness, Kelsey is committed to walking alongside them on their unique journeys. She believes deeply in the power of relationships and works diligently to assist clients in fostering connections that enrich their daily lives. Kelsey specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families, helping them navigate difficult circumstances and strengthen their connections. With several years of experience working specifically with elementary to high school-aged students, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. As a Gottman Level Two certified therapist, she has also undergone an externship and completed core skills training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. Kelsey utilizes a diverse range of treatment modalities including Christian Counseling, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to ensure personalized care for each individual she meets.
