John Fishburne

Dr. John Fishburne, a compassionate psychologist with a PhD, invites individuals to come as they are and leave different. With a strong background from the University of Arkansas, where he graduated in 2006, Dr. Fishburne excels in guiding individuals, teens, and adults as they navigate the challenges of anxiety, self-doubt, and limiting habits. His rich expertise encompasses treating anxiety disorders—including panic, chronic worry, social phobia, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)—as well as depression and relationship issues. Dr. Fishburne employs a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). He adeptly works with individuals, couples, and families, equipping them with a variety of proven tools for change. His approach empowers clients to confront entrenched patterns of thinking and behaviors, fostering a journey toward increased integrity and vibrancy.
