Donnavan Leavitt

Donnavan Leavitt is a compassionate counselor committed to guiding clients through their struggles with unhealthy sexual behaviors, often trapped in cycles of shame and secrecy. He understands that these challenges can affect anyone, and that the immediate access to pornography paired with the anonymity of the internet can lead to unwanted behaviors. His work addresses concerns around sexual functioning, recognizing that these issues can stem from various medical, relational, and psychological sources. Through a warm and relational approach, Donnavan assists clients in unraveling shame, processing traumatic experiences, and cultivating healthy sexual practices that enrich their lives and relationships. In addition to sexual issues, he also supports First Responders, offering specialized care for those grappling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. Donnavan employs a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Trauma-Focused techniques, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, and groups.
