Our Family Support team understands the challenges families face upon diagnosis and is committed to providing reliable information and holistic assistance. We offer a range of services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support, ensuring families receive the guidance they need. We also assist with navigating the complexities of application and appeals processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
