The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Sequim, WA, is dedicated to training and empowering individuals to become advocates for an equitable food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our Fellowship offers a comprehensive educational experience without any tuition fees to ensure accessibility for all participants. Selected Fellows engage in a six-month, hands-on program at our farm, where they learn about organic food systems, develop skills in growing and distributing diverse crops, and work on projects that integrate food and ecological literacy into community initiatives. In partnership with regional non-profit organizations, Fellows also focus on enhancing community food access and support local food coalitions, while sharing their insights through mentoring the next generation of advocates. Interested individuals should apply by March each year, with the program typically running from May to October.
