Located in Sedro Woolley, WA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources to low-income individuals with dysphagia. Our mission focuses on improving the quality of life for those with swallowing difficulties by offering a range of critical supplies, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
