Located in Richland, WA, Cancer Transitions is a supportive program designed for cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. While our primary focus is on individuals within 24 months post-treatment, we welcome survivors at any stage of their journey. Our evidence-based approach empowers participants through tailored nutritional guidance, customized exercise plans, and comprehensive education covering emotional wellness and medical management. We are dedicated to fostering resilience and providing the necessary tools for a healthy transition into survivorship.
