The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Poulsbo, WA, is dedicated to empowering individuals to advocate for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our fellowship provides a comprehensive, hands-on education in organic farming practices without the burden of tuition, making it accessible to all aspiring fellows. Participants engage in a transformative six-month residency at our Allegheny Farm Campus, where they learn to cultivate diverse crops, create educational initiatives in health care, manage community gardens, and promote food literacy within schools.
