We offer accessible, tuition-free training that focuses on organic food system education, allowing participants to engage in meaningful projects like growing diversified crops, enhancing community gardens, integrating food and ecological literacy into schools, and supporting local farmers markets. Over a six-month immersive period, selected Fellows gain practical skills and insights at our Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a transformative Community Action Year where they apply their knowledge with regional nonprofits.
