The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, based in Olympia, WA, is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders in sustainable agriculture and food justice. Our program trains and empowers Fellows to advocate for a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically equitable. Participants experience a fully funded, hands-on education at the Allegheny Farm Campus, where they engage in organic food system practices, develop diversified crop distribution, support community gardens, and promote food literacy in schools. As part of their journey, Fellows will implement health initiatives, foster community food coalitions, and mentor future leaders, ensuring a lasting impact on the local food landscape. Applications are accepted annually until March, with the Fellowship running from May through October.
