The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Mercer Island, WA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by routinely screening for obesity and providing tailored referrals to diverse weight management options. Participants can benefit from group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support as needed. For those who prefer to manage their weight independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have faced ongoing challenges despite participating in MOVE!.
