Our Family Support team is committed to delivering accurate information and guidance during the critical moments following a diagnosis. We offer an array of essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, behavior management support, and assistance with navigating Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) applications and appeals.
