The Meal Support Program in Lake Stevens, WA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support to individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a safe and supportive environment for those on their journey to recovery, allowing participants to share a nutritious meal together. With sessions offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily find a time that fits their schedule. Each meal support session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are in the process of obtaining their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, we encourage those needing urgent care or crisis support to reach out to professional resources.
