Located in Kelso, WA, Health and Wellness Cooking Classes at Five Loaves & Two Fish Healthy Teaching Kitchen aims to empower our community with low-cost, engaging cooking classes that focus on health and nutrition education. Our interactive environment encourages participants to cook together, share ideas, and learn valuable culinary skills alongside important health concepts. Our program features individual and group guided cooking sessions designed for chronic disease management and prevention.
