Lindsay Anderson is a compassionate school-based mental health therapist who specializes in helping youth and families navigate the unique challenges of childhood and adolescence. With a wealth of training and experience, Lindsay advocates for young people within both school environments and the foster care system. Her mission is to empower youth, regardless of their circumstances, to thrive, while also equipping the adults in their lives to support this journey toward growth. Lindsay’s therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in attachment theory, relational psychoanalysis, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices. She works diligently with young individuals facing issues such as anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and depression, as well as navigating challenges related to gender and sexuality, relationships, and adverse childhood experiences.
