Jessica Tiede is a compassionate pre-licensed professional who believes that the way individuals navigate the world and how the world perceives them plays a crucial role in the therapeutic process. As a clinician, she is committed to meeting clients at the intersection of all their unique identities. With a Bachelor’s degree in Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Washington, Jessica's educational foundation influences her approach to therapy, incorporating principles of social justice and anti-oppression. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Bastyr University. Jessica utilizes a feminist and person-centered lens in her therapeutic relationships, customizing clients' journeys to best suit their needs and goals while applying evidence-based interventions and tools. Her passion lies in equipping clients with strategies that enable them to flourish into their most empowered selves. Jessica particularly enjoys working with older teens, young adults, and adults, addressing concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, identity-based issues around gender expression, relationship challenges, and trauma.
