The MOVE! Weight Management Program, located on Camano Island, WA, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans by offering comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, allowing us to connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs and preferences. We provide a variety of resources, including group sessions for shared experiences, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support and direct clinician contact. Additionally, Veterans can take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or explore medical options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if necessary.
