Katy Schumaker is a nationally registered art therapist who specializes in supporting teens and adults in overcoming challenges such as depression, trauma, and grief. With a Master's degree in Counseling from Antioch University Seattle, she employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness-based therapy, expressive arts, and somatic approaches. Katy understands that creative processes can illuminate new ways of thinking and provide valuable insights into one’s actions, reactions, and behaviors.
