The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Aberdeen, WA, is dedicated to cultivating a more just and sustainable food system. This transformative program empowers Fellows to become effective teachers and advocates for social, environmental, and economic equity in food production. By offering comprehensive organic food system education at no tuition cost, we ensure accessibility for all aspiring leaders. Fellows engage in hands-on learning during a six-month experiential residency at our campus, where they grow diversified crops, manage community gardens, and implement innovative health initiatives. They also support farmers markets and develop distribution channels to enhance access to healthy foods, working closely with regional non-profit organizations during their Community Action Year.
