The Meal Support Program in Powhatan, VA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can focus on nourishing their bodies with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. We offer four meal support sessions daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, allowing participants to join as often as their schedule permits. While our sessions are focused on fostering recovery through nutrition, please note that this program is not designed for crisis intervention.
