Located in Poquoson, VA, the PRS Recovery Academy Day Program offers a supportive and structured environment for individuals on their recovery journey. Our program features a focused psycho-educational curriculum designed to help clients build essential life skills and transition into community-focused avenues like work, volunteering, and education. Participants engage in a variety of topics including Anger Management, Coping Skills, Job Talk, and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), all aimed at fostering recovery and resilience. By attending 3-5 hours a day, 3-5 days a week, clients benefit from a welcoming space that normalizes their experience as students in recovery. Our HOPE Fund ensures that those who may not qualify for Medicaid or other assistance can still access vital services, reinforcing our commitment to supporting everyone in their path to wellness.
