Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization located in Poquoson, VA, committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence through a transformative 3 Step program designed for women and children in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. Our comprehensive services include counseling, parenting education, nutrition assistance, daily life skills training, financial education, computer classes, and spiritual support, all aimed at helping individuals reclaim their self-worth and identity after abuse. Participants will engage in workshops that address the roots of domestic violence, the effects of abuse, and practical steps toward healing while discovering God's plan for their lives. Our After Care Program continues this support by offering life-skills workshops and access to vital resources for housing, childcare, and employment opportunities. We provide a nurturing environment with childcare available, serving up to 50 women and 15 children per session, with trainings scheduled quarterly, creating a strong community where healing and growth can flourish.
