Meal Support Program

Located in Palmyra, VA, the Meal Support Program offers vital nutrition-based assistance tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, providing a nurturing and safe environment where participants can enjoy healthy meals with professional support. With meal support sessions available four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals have the flexibility to join as many sessions as their schedules allow, enhancing their recovery journey. Our dedicated nutrition practitioners, who are pursuing their certified nutrition specialist (CNS) credentials, ensure that each group meal is informed by the latest evidence on eating disorders. While this program focuses on providing meal support, it is important to note that it is not a crisis intervention service.
