Kristin Sage is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC). With a passion for helping others, she supports individuals, couples, and families who may be facing challenges such as feelings of depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, intimate partner violence, and health issues, including those related to breast cancer. Kristin also specializes in counseling children as young as three years old. She creates a calm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment that fosters healing and growth. In addition to her counseling practice, she offers Clinical Supervision to LPC and LMFT residents. Kristin is dedicated to community engagement and is the founder of Sage Counseling and Consulting, Ltd, which is hosting its inaugural women's conference, 'Transformed: A Journey of Healing, Hope, Health, and Happiness', on October 13, 2023, in Richmond, Virginia. This event promises a day filled with information, self-care, and opportunities to connect with like-minded women in the community.
