Participants also mentor the next generation of leaders and contribute to local initiatives such as farmers markets and community gardens. Following their immersive training, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to enhance access to healthy food and support community food coalitions. Applications are open until March, with the Fellowship experience running from May to October.
