The Meal Support Program in Locust Grove, VA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and above who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming and safe environment where participants can share nutritious meals with support from trained nutrition practitioners. Offered four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, our program allows individuals to attend as many sessions as their schedule permits. Facilitated by practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, each meal support gathering focuses on community, understanding, and nourishment.
