Located in Locust Grove, VA, Five Loaves & Two Fish Healthy Teaching Kitchen provides low-cost health and wellness cooking classes designed to empower individuals and families through culinary education. Our engaging and interactive environment fosters creativity in the kitchen, allowing participants to explore health and nutrition while learning essential cooking techniques. We focus on health and nutrition education, guided cooking classes, and chronic disease management and prevention. While our virtual classes are accessible to participants nationwide, we also offer in-person sessions for the Central Florida community, ensuring that everyone can benefit from our programs that aim to enhance well-being through healthy cooking.
