Vickie Kave, LCSW, is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose mission centers on helping individuals discover wholeness and healing through professional psychological counseling and education. She skillfully integrates spiritual, medical, and community services, fostering a safe and trusting environment where clients can openly share their life stories. Vickie's approach includes helping individuals understand the neurological functioning of their minds and how this affects their bodily responses. With an impressive 29 years of experience in private practice, she also brings a wealth of knowledge from her eight years as the Bereavement Counselor for Rockbridge Area Hospice, five years in the Child and Adolescent Unit of Rockbridge Area Community Services, and three years providing contract psychological services for Kendal Retirement Community at Lexington.
