MOVE! Weight Management Program in Forest, VA, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with the appropriate services that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of options to support weight management, including engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for convenient in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-managed solutions, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available.
