The Meal Support Program in Forest, VA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and up who are navigating the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. With a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment, our virtual drop-in sessions allow participants to share meals together while receiving compassionate guidance from trained nutrition practitioners who are advancing toward their CNS certification. Offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, individuals are welcome to attend as many times as fits their needs and schedule. Our program emphasizes the importance of community and support in the recovery process, though it is not designed for crisis situations.
