Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Longwood University in Virginia and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynchburg College. She employs a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while also incorporating Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to foster compassion and awareness in her clients.
