Tammy Christman is a compassionate and client-centered Licensed Professional Counselor who welcomes individuals of all ages, including older children, teens, and adults facing transition concerns, life changes, and various mental health challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, and mood disorders. Through her therapeutic approach, she empowers clients to harness their strengths and manage negative thoughts and behaviors, recognizing the interconnectedness of thoughts, feelings, and actions. With over 25 years of experience in school and community mental health counseling, as well as in eating disorder counseling, Tammy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She holds two master's degrees in counseling and educational supervision and is currently pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology along with the CEDS credential (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist) recognized by the IAEDP. Alongside a dedicated team, Tammy offers a comprehensive range of services that address underlying trauma and core issues, paving the way for long-term recovery. The practice specializes in eating disorders, addictions, and identity/transgender needs, providing intensive outpatient services tailored to the unique requirements of clients and their families as a transition from higher levels of care.
