The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Ashland, VA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. With a mission to address obesity among Veterans, we conduct annual screenings at VA facilities and provide tailored referrals to various weight management services. Our program offers an array of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the TeleMOVE! service for in-home guidance, and the MOVE!
