Keith Alan Medeiros, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and pre-licensed professional, is passionate about helping individuals lead fulfilling lives filled with meaningful experiences and healthy relationships. With eight years of experience as a counselor, he specializes in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, family conflict, addiction issues, relationship difficulties, ADHD, and parenting concerns. Keith utilizes an eclectic approach, integrating evidence-based practices including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Structural Family Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling and Human Development and is currently a Resident in Counseling at Hope and Healing Counseling Center, where he works tirelessly to guide clients toward their personal goals and improved well-being.
