Located in Vernal, UT, the Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program (WIC) is dedicated to fostering healthy food choices among low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. We provide essential services including nutrition education, supplemental foods, breastfeeding support, and health care referrals, ensuring that families in our community receive the resources they need to thrive. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to offer our support through remote services, allowing most appointments to be handled over the phone with checks mailed directly to clients. If in-person visits are necessary, we prioritize the health and safety of families by encouraging wellness checks prior to appointments.
