With training in various therapy modalities, including Seeking Safety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), clinical hypnosis, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Serena specializes in addressing trauma and attachment trauma. She has extensive experience working with adults facing various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and phobias, while also providing trauma-informed care for those struggling with addictions. Occasionally, she works with children and youth on a case-by-case basis. Outside of her practice, Serena enjoys cooking for loved ones, singing along to glam-rock idols, indulging in yarn crafts, and diving into video games, keeping it real with her vibrant personality.
