MOVE! Weight Management Program in South Jordan, UT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management options that align with their personal needs and goals. We offer a range of support, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist in weight management.
