With a profound passion for helping those affected by traumatic experiences, she works closely with children, adults, and families, fostering healthy self-perceptions and strengthening relationships. Attica is committed to creating a safe space for her clients, allowing them to find peace in their lives. She employs EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT in her practice. Holding a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, a BA in Family Consumer Studies, and a Minor in Spanish, Attica has gathered over 15 years of experience as a Mental Health Therapist, including working extensively with clients facing addictions and trauma. Additionally, her role as a Clinical Supervisor for 5 years has further honed her strengths in addressing Trauma (PTSD), as well as her experience with First Responders, Depression, and Anxiety.
