Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors

Based in Santa Clara, UT, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating the challenges of cancer recovery. We provide six complimentary wellness kits every two months to cancer survivors who are facing financial difficulties or who come from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, especially those in underserved rural communities. Each wellness kit includes essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and various other resources designed to promote well-being. By addressing the unique needs of cancer survivors, our mission is to ensure that no one faces their journey alone, fostering resilience and hope across the United States and Canada through consistent support and care.
