Located in Santa Clara, UT, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to nurturing future leaders in sustainable agriculture and food justice. Our initiative empowers Fellows through hands-on training and comprehensive education in organic food systems, enabling them to champion a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically just. The Fellowship provides an opportunity for selected participants to immerse themselves in a six-month, experiential learning program at the Allegheny Farm, where they learn to grow and distribute diverse crops, facilitate innovative health education, and enhance community gardens. We foster collaborations to develop vital distribution channels that ensure increased access to healthy foods and support local farmers markets. Our commitment to promoting accessibility is unwavering; we do not charge tuition for our program. Following their training, Fellows engage in a Community Action Year, partnering with regional non-profit organizations to implement their knowledge and skills. We invite aspiring advocates to apply by March for a transformative experience running from May to October.
