Aimee Clements-Hadfield is a compassionate and creative clinical social worker and therapist, holding an MSW, CSW, and CFLEP. She understands that many individuals want to change aspects of their lives but often feel confused about where to begin. Clients may experience fear at the thought of sharing their life stories and deepest secrets with a stranger, coupled with concerns about judgment and feelings of shame or hopelessness. However, Aimee believes deeply in the innate power within each individual to heal and recognizes that they often already possess the answers to their own questions. Her role is to gently guide clients on a journey of self-discovery, helping them explore and interact with their experiences in transformative ways that foster meaningful change. Aimee’s unique therapeutic approach includes minimal traditional talk therapy, focusing instead on engaging and creative activities such as experiential therapy, art, sand tray work, and psychodrama. These methods effectively address the roots of anxiety, depression, and trauma responses.
