Throughout the six-month residential experience at our farm campus, Fellows gain hands-on knowledge in diversified crop cultivation, innovative health education, and ecological literacy integration into community programs, including school and community gardens. Post-training, our Fellows engage in a Community Action Year, where they collaborate with local non-profits to enhance food accessibility and support initiatives such as farmers markets and community food coalitions. Applications are welcomed until March each year, with the fellowship running from May to October, allowing our dedicated participants to make a tangible impact in their communities.
