The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Providence, UT, is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of advocates for a fair and sustainable food system. We empower our Fellows through comprehensive training, allowing them to embrace roles as educators and community leaders. Our program offers a unique, tuition-free opportunity focused on hands-on education in organic food systems. Throughout their six-month immersive experience at Allegheny Farm, Fellows engage in practical projects including crop diversification, community gardening, and innovative health education. After completing their training, participants enter a Community Action Year where they collaborate with local non-profits to enhance food access and support community food initiatives. By fostering ecological and food literacy, our Fellows contribute meaningfully to their communities, ensuring a more just food landscape for all.
