The MOVE! Weight Management Program in North Salt Lake, UT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and has access to personalized weight management services tailored to their needs and preferences. We offer a wide range of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist Veterans in managing their weight. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery resources for Veterans who require extra support after trying our initial programs.
