The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program, located in North Salt Lake, UT, is dedicated to empowering individuals newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive and supportive 12-month journey. This free program, offered in both English and Spanish, provides essential resources including six informative e-booklets tailored to address the unique needs of participants, as well as a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information. Enrollees can also enhance their experience by joining the monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can engage with diabetes specialists to ask questions, learn about the vital connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways. Our mission is to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to manage their diabetes effectively and confidently.
