Located in Montezuma Creek, UT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of our Veterans through tailored weight management solutions. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who accesses care at VA facilities for obesity, providing personalized referrals to effective weight management services that address individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if they continue to face challenges.
