Located in Millville, UT, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates for a just and sustainable food system. Through a six-month immersive experience at the Allegheny Farm Campus, selected Fellows receive comprehensive training in organic food systems, equipping them to engage in impactful community projects. This fellowship emphasizes accessibility by not charging tuition, enabling participants to focus on initiatives such as growing and distributing diverse crops, maintaining community gardens, and integrating food literacy into educational settings. Fellows further enhance their skills through a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profits to foster healthier food access and support local farmers markets. Applications are accepted until March each year, with the fellowship running from May to October, providing a practical and urgent approach to transforming our food systems into equitable, community-focused networks.
