Family Support

Family Support is dedicated to assisting individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families in Mendon, UT, providing crucial resources and guidance during challenging times. Our team focuses on delivering accurate information and comprehensive support right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management, ensuring families feel empowered and well-informed. Additionally, we provide assistance with navigating application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
