Participants will receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, along with a monthly e-newsletter that provides valuable seasonal tips and local event information in both English and Spanish. Enrollees who share their phone numbers can also join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, allowing them to engage directly with diabetes professionals, understand the critical connection between diabetes and heart health, and access helpful giveaways to support their health journey.
